Can I use this tool?
This tool is for US customers returning goods ordered less than 30 days ago. All other returns have to be done via email. Send us a request!
How does it work?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label ( not a pre-paid label but we do pay for part of the label cost and you may need to pay a small difference for the label at the counter ) via email. If you have ANY difficulty, just contact us, and we'll set up the return for you! Once we get your returned pieces at the warehouse, we will issue you a refund. You are welcome to use any postal services of your own choice as well.
How soon will I get my refund?
We'll try to put your refund through just as soon as we can! If you need your refund to be expedited for any reason, do let us know.
What can I send back?
Items delivered in the last 45 days. Please note that only items ordered in the last 45 days can be returned through this portal. To return items ordered more than 45 days ago, but delivered less than 45 days ago, please send us a message, and we'll help you out!
What can't I send back?
Swimwear, accessories, items with the note "Item cannot be refunded / exchanged", items bought with a gift card or credit, items delivered more than 30 days ago.
